I've been where you are.

I'm a mom of three boys, running a business, and I know exactly what it feels like to carry everything while quietly feeling like you're coming apart in your own skin. I built this program because nothing out there was designed for a life like ours. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition and 18 years in the fitness industry, I didn't just want to relate to this problem. I wanted to solve it.
